After advance registration closes, you must register onsite in the Moscone South Lobby.
The Conference Registration fee does not include any full meals or meal service during the Conference week.

*Exploratorium Banquet Tickets are required for all attendees of this event, and are NOT included in the Conference Registration or Companion Tickets. Everyone who attends the Banquet MUST purchase a ticket.
**Companion Tickets for guests include access to the Welcome Reception on July 15, daily coffee, breaks and Bierstuben at the Moscone Center. Companion Tickets DO NOT include access to the Banquet at the Exploratorium. Those tickets must be purchased separately.

Payment in US dollars must be made by personal or corporate check (drawn on a US bank only), wire transfer, or by Master Card, Visa or American Express credit card. Checks should be made payable to "ICM2018". All Conference attendees, including invited speakers, must pay registration fees.
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to ICMinfo@yesevents.com by June 25, 2018. All cancellations received by or on this date will be refunded their fees less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitutions may be made prior to this date in writing, but after June 25 substitutions will be handled onsite. Onsite substitutes must bring authorization in writing from the original registrant. There is no charge for substitutions.
Attendees are required to wear name badges to enter all Conference events.
By you: Recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of sessions is strictly prohibited whether intended for distribution, publication, copyright, or personal use. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
Of you: By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by the ICM2018 personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in ICM2018 publications and websites, and on social media sites
By registering to attend ICM2018, you consent to receive informational emails pertaining to this Conference for a period of time ending three months after the Conference concludes.
